What is Consciousness?
“The awareness of perception of something by a person”. Consciousness is simply awareness. More specifically the awareness of your thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs. Awareness of how these perceptions literally create your outside daily life.
How do I facilitate conscious coaching sessions?
You come to the cabin. We have conversation about what is happening now and what you want to change.
A variety of tools are used to facilitate a coaching session, such as, but not limited to:
- Nature – my office is a cabin surrounded by nature – trees, trails, a large pond, fresh air and positive energy. Just being in the presence of nature causes us to breath more fully, calms our minds and naturally brings clarity.
- Release Work
- Breath work
- Art Making
- Nature Trails
- Conscious conversation
These TOOLs will help you become conscious of what is going on inside. They will help you feel/experience your own divinity inside YOU. Your inside will then reflect, like a mirror, outside into your life.
I embody the following statements and simply guide with this knowing.
- We are all Divine Beings.
- I actually see you as a Divine Being. I actually feel and experience you as your divine self. I hold that vibration/frequency as you become conscious of and clarify your own thoughts, feelings and beliefs. You move in that direction.
- You do make choices and it does shape your life.
- Your personal belief of a higher power/guidance is perfect.
